Meet Chef Tosha Bateman
A proud native of Salisbury, Maryland, and a 2011 graduate of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Chef Tosha Bateman has always been driven by a love for food and community.

In 2016, Chef Tosha and her family brought the vision of B&J’s Soulful Creations to life, officially launching in 2019. Named for Bateman and Johnson, this family business represents more than just a catering and food truck company—it’s a legacy in the making.

Chef Tosha started B&J's Soulful Creations with a mission: to bring authentic, gourmet soul fusion to the table. At the heart of every dish is a commitment to using the finest ingredients, crafting everything from scratch, and tailoring every meal to meet the unique desires of our clients.
